It is not a bad hotel to stay in Dublin. The room is clean enough, the staff are very friendly. Since I've been walking around town most of the time and only slept in my room, that's all. But the option is really good, especially for my money (I'm certainly very picky).
The hotel is located in Dublin's conditional sleeping area, 20 minutes' walk to the centre. At night - as in Russia approximately, not too pleasant to walk. There is no elevator, there are stairs everywhere. There is a strong muzzle from the window, a detained curtain has solved the problem. The Wi-Fi was working disgustingly. In the bathroom when the light was turned on, the hood automatically turned on or I do not know what it was, I could not turn off this miracle of technology. Soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired.

1 nice home environment. 2 polite and caring staff. 3 clean room, many pillows, warm big blanket =). 4 in the room has a kettle
1 The noise insulation, windows go out on the road and that close it that do not close the noise level does not change. 2 Still the same windows, they are terrible! You can see from them that the handles with which they close often broke, there are a lot of holes around them. They blow!!!! that's probably why I got sick in this room. 3 The shower in my room 32 was made of yellow plastic, like my grandmother in her youth. 4 WiFi is a separate theme for the owners of Huawei phones. On the 1st floor everything works fine, you go up to your room and say goodbye to WiFi, access point is connected to it, signal strength is good, Internet phone does not receive. In this case, employees give you the WiFi password which is used by the cafe on the 1st floor. here too, everything is not so good, because the coffee is on the 1st floor and WiFi signal is constantly lost on the 3rd floor.

Request room upgrades for a better stay. The rooms vary significantly in quality and size, so it's worth asking.

My stay was decent for the holidays. Got twin room for a normal suitcase as expected, appreciated it. The location was particularly good and fab, right on a tram line, convenient to go everywhere.

Its very easy to find and very close to the city center. We had axcess to coffee or tea any time. Staff was friendly and do their best to help.
The only problem we had was with the shower mixer. We could not get hot water. But finally after a couple of days it was fixed. It is a shame they make you pay for parking. Otherwise I would recomend this hotel.

It's a nice place to stay, not 10 mins from the very centre of Dublin but 10 mins by bus anyway, and Dublin Zoo is nearby if you have children. Anyway, totally happy with my stay there.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had the ability to put the older kids in a separate room with three twin size beds while we stayed in a small double. Bus stop right outside in to the city. I wished breakfast was included in the rate, but it was available for a reasonable fee. Pub was in walking distance for nightcap. Staff was warm and friendly.
